At Brothers Grocery, we strive to provide you with the freshest and highest-quality groceries. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service team at cc@brothersgrocery.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order, and this may vary based on the expiry date of the product and will be notified to customer.
1.2 Eligibility for Refund:
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please provide clear photos of the product, packaging, and a brief description of the issue.
- Incorrect Item Received: In the case of receiving an incorrect item, please notify us immediately, providing details of the item received and the item ordered.
- Quality Concerns: If you believe the product does not meet the expected quality standards, please share your concerns along with relevant details.
1.3 Exclusions:
Refunds will not be issued for the following:
- Products with expired dates due to customer negligence.
- Incorrect storage or mishandling of perishable items.
1.4 Refund Process:
Once your request is received and approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow a reasonable time for processing.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 Order Cancellation:
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Cancellation requests beyond this time frame may not be accepted.
2.2 Cancellation of Perishable Items:
For items with approaching expiry dates, cancellation requests may be subject to a review based on the remaining shelf life of the product. We encourage customers to check product details, including expiration dates, before placing an order.
